My Journey

My path into healing began through my own lived experiences—both the challenges and the moments of profound remembering that shaped who I am today.

From an early age, I was deeply sensitive to energy and the unseen world. As a child, these experiences were confusing and often overwhelming, and I learned quickly that sharing them made others uncomfortable. Over time, I began to suppress this sensitivity in order to fit in, disconnecting from a part of myself that once felt natural.

A significant turning point came in my teenage years with the loss of my mother. Her passing—and a deeply meaningful spiritual experience surrounding it—reopened my connection to Spirit and restored a sense of peace that had been absent for years. Yet, like many of us, I learned to compartmentalize these experiences as I moved into adulthood.

The Shift  to Clarity

Years later, while living abroad and navigating my own physical and emotional health challenges, I reached a moment of clarity: I could no longer ignore the deeper calling to understand myself, my body, and the subtle intelligence guiding my life. This marked the beginning of a profound inward journey.

As I began exploring energy work, somatic practices, nutrition, and consciousness-based healing, layers of stored experiences began to surface and resolve. My relationship with my body transformed. Chronic symptoms eased, patterns shifted, and a deeper sense of balance returned—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Through this process, I came to understand that everything is connected. When we meet ourselves with honesty and compassion, even our most difficult experiences can become gateways to insight, healing, and expansion.

How It’s Going

My journey continues to unfold as I learn, grow, and deepen my relationship with myself and the Quantum field we all share. This lived understanding is what I bring into my work—supporting others as they reconnect with their own innate wisdom, clarity, and sense of wholeness.
