ABOUT
Listening Deeply
I’m Rebekha Wolf. My work is rooted in deep listening—to the body, the nervous system, and the subtle field that informs our experience.
I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and come back into relationship with themselves. At the heart of my work is a devotion to presence, curiosity, and trust in the body’s innate intelligence and spirit.
I don’t believe healing is something we strive toward or earn. I see it as a remembering—one that unfolds when we feel safe enough to listen and honest enough to meet what is present.
I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my Soul.

Lived Experience
My relationship with healing was shaped through lived experience long before it became my work.
Navigating my own physical, emotional, and energetic challenges led me to explore the deeper connections between body, awareness, and consciousness. Through this process, I learned to listen more closely—to symptoms, patterns, and sensations as sources of information rather than problems to fix.
This embodied understanding informs how I hold space today: with patience, humility, and respect for each person’s unique timing and process.
My Approach
My approach is integrative, intuitive, and responsive to the individual.
Rather than following a fixed method, I draw from somatic awareness, quantum principles, and subtle energy work to meet each person where they are. Sessions unfold through dialogue, sensation, awareness, and the information that arises in the moment—guided by the body and spirit rather than a predetermined outcome.
This work invites clarity, regulation, and integration, supporting you in strengthening your relationship with yourself and your inner guidance over time.
Foundations
This work is shaped by years of study, personal inquiry, and lived integration across a range of somatic, energetic, and consciousness-based practices.
The tools I draw from include quantum healing methods, subtle energy work, yoga-based therapies, meditation, craniosacral approaches, and holistic perspectives on health and wellbeing. These influences are woven together intuitively, guided by what is most supportive in the moment.
Above all, this work is grounded in respect—for the body’s intelligence, for each individual’s process, and for the teachers and lineages that have informed my path.
