Sessions, Bookings & Logistics

Booking & Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for individual sessions, classes, meditations, and readings unless otherwise stated.
For packages, retreats, intensives, or courses, payment plans or deposits may be offered. Deposits are non-refundable.

Specific payment terms will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

Zoom Sessions

Virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom and may be recorded. You will receive your Zoom link via confirmation email. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

An 8-minute grace period is provided for communication regarding technical issues or delays. If no communication is received within this window, the session is considered a No Show and is non-refundable.

In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions and offerings will be clearly identified as such. Sessions begin promptly, with the same 8-minute grace period. Failure to arrive or communicate within this timeframe is considered a No Show.

Payment Plans

Payment plans require a non-refundable deposit and an agreed-upon schedule. Payments must remain current. Services may be paused if payments fall behind until the account is brought up to date.

Refunds

All services, sessions, packages, classes, workshops, retreats, intensives, and courses are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Packages, Retreats & Intensives

Packages must be used within one year of purchase unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid only for the service specified, are non-transferable, and must be redeemed within one year of purchase.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & No Shows

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Changes or cancellations within 24 hours are considered a No Show and are non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs outside the 24-hour window and rescheduling is not possible, a gift certificate may be issued at discretion, valid for one year.
