About my Teaching

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2017, with my personal practice rooted even earlier as a pathway to healing a significant back injury and avoiding surgery. Yoga became not just movement for me, but a way to listen to my body, restore trust, and rebuild strength from the inside out.

My teaching weaves together precise alignment, functional mobility, fascia-focused movement, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. Classes are designed to help you feel safer in your body, more connected to your breath, and supported in both strength and softness. I offer practices that are intelligent, intuitive, and deeply respectful of where you are each day.

I currently teach public classes exclusively at Grassroots Yoga, my home studio and beloved community in Ventura. Grassroots is a woman-owned space offering both heated and unheated classes, with the heated studio infused with healing infrared warmth to support circulation, recovery, and deep release. I’m grateful to teach and grow within a community that values presence, integrity, and care.

Class Style Descriptions

Gentle Flow

A slow-paced, nurturing practice focused on mindful movement, breath awareness, and sustainable alignment, designed to calm the nervous system, increase mobility, and leave you feeling grounded, supported, and restored.

Fascia Flow

A unique blend of myofascial release and fluid movement that targets connective tissue to increase mobility, relieve tension, and restore ease and spaciousness throughout the body.

Candlelight Deep Flow

A thoughtfully sequenced, somatic-informed flow offered in candlelight and gentle heat, weaving breath, strength, and mobility into a deeply embodied and meditative experience.

101 Sculpt Power Flow

An accessible, strength-building class that introduces light weights and intentional movement to build stability, confidence, and functional strength while maintaining mindful alignment and breath.

Baby + Me

A nurturing and supportive class designed for parents and caregivers to move, stretch, and reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their babies in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Yinfusion

A slow, grounding practice blending Yin postures and longer holds with mindful awareness to encourage deep release, nervous system regulation, and restoration across the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.

Breathwork & Soundbath

A transformative guided breathwork practice paired with healing sound frequencies to help dissolve old patterns, support nervous system regulation, and bring you into a state of deep presence and integration.
